Ate too much while on a field trip. Darn it. I was doing so well on my weightloss journey as well.
Here's my new diet plan:
Current weight: 55 kilos
Goal weight: 50 kilos
Ultimate goal weight: 47 kilos
No more:
junk food
fast food
dairy
chips
instant noodles
any processed food
**edit: I've decided to cut out a few calories everyday. At the end of each day, I'll look at my record of what I ate for the day and decide which foods/amount of calories I'll have to cut out for the next day.
